The BioData Innovation Centre is an incubator for businesses of all sizes and at all stages of development. It provides flexible space that complements the unique research and innovation of the Campus Institutes. Rentable office space comprises dry lab units at sizes to suit SMEs, early start-ups and individuals.

Future plans

The Wellcome Genome Campus has plans for further development and expansion of its facilities and footprint. Once complete, the Campus will be firmly established as an already international centre for scientific, business, cultural and educational activities flowing from genomes and computational biology.

The Campus includes a state-of- the-art Conference Centre with a variety of meeting rooms capable of accommodating from 2 to 300 delegates. There are also 136 en-suite bedrooms available, as well as catering services, enabling large residential scientific meetings and conferences to take place on the Campus.
